Need to add special instructions for a task? Have a housekeeper who needs to trade shifts? You can easily edit a specific task. Editing a single reservation will not affect other scheduled tasks for that property.
When you are logged in to the OneRooftop admin, click Housekeeping.
Proceed to Tasks tab.
Click on the task you wish to edit.
If you hover your mouse over a task you can see extra details about the task.
You can add custom instructions for this task. For example: “pool not used — do not clean.”
You can also reassign this task by clicking the x beside a cleaner’s name. You could then click the + beside another cleaner’s name to reassign.
