You can send your guest an invoice from your OneRooftop admin with just a few mouse clicks! It’s a quick and convenient way for your guests to pay for your vacation rental. This is a great option for guests who call in but are not ready to book right then, and it is also useful for collecting second payments.
Once inside a reservation, click the green “Actions” button and select “Send Invoice.”
The Messages flyout will open on the right with a payment link and your guest’s reservation information auto populated.
Make any edits, if necessary, and click “Send.”
Once inside a reservation, click the green “Actions” button and select “Copy Payment Links.”
A pop-up window will appear with three options, each with a copy button. This generates a short link that you can copy and paste into an email or text message to your guest if you’re using a mobile device.
